Fantastic Mum and best friend we ever will have what an inspiration my mum was to everyone that knew her......
Our mum passed away on the 8th june 2007 aged 46 mum after long battle of cancer.
Mum was from scotland carntyne glasgow where she was raised by her dad my Grandad George smith , 9 yrs ago Mum moved to plymouth where we all lived here.

Mum had step children Claire ,Jo, Malcolm and Micheal...
SISTER to 5 Brothers and 2 Sisters Scott ,George, Jim ,Barry ,Step Brother Willy ,Sister Isabell and Step Sister sue ,Sister in-laws, Brother in -laws
FAB AUNTIE to all her nieces and nephews.
BEST FRIENDS to Mo,Ellen,Wilma,Marie,Deb bie and many more friends.
This is how it all started : Mum was taken ill on 25 May 2004 after complaining for 2 yrs before with same pains every month in and out of hospital for 24 months and all we got is she had IBS but while i was pregnant with my little boy on the 25th of may we got told the worst news anyone could ever tell her kids cause thats what we lived for our mum and mum lived for us we are so close and we never thought we could of taken what the doc told us we got told she had so many months left to live then she suprised us all and fought the cancer for 3 yrs until the end she still fought hard but on the 8th June lost the battle ....
Mum was very close to her brother Scott and all the rest of the Brothers and Sisters but Scott the closest kept the promise he made to mum and was for him to stay strong for her kids and keep the rest of the family in line but make sure her kids come first.
My mum fought very long time she kept goin cause she lived for her Kids and Granson she was FANTASTIC mum and Gran to Nicholas her baby boy ... Mum had a lot of friends she touched a lot of hearts as she was that type of person she would always make sure everyone was ok she was best friends with Mo , Ellen,Wilma & Marie but marie passed away 14th may 2006 so now part of that friendship is joined again.Also before mum starting to losing the battle and become poorly she contacted a long lost friend that was very dear to her and this is Debbie who had promised mum to keep in touch and we will.
Mum its been 17 days you were taken away from us im sad , mad but most of all a big relief for you mum is you suffered so much near the end but you had us all your kids hand in hand when you took your last breath. We love you mum and we miss you so much how much we wish we can see you do what we used to do all the time even a silly little arguement .... Now a wee message from your baby boy he shouts up the sky love you Gran so I hope you can hear him, Gran miss so much love you this much remember ...
Mum i hope you are in a safer place and pain free now all your kids miss you we often talk to you do things in your room where we all spend 24/7 like we used to there you done us VERY PROUD MUM I WILL NEVER MEET SUCH A BRAVE WOMAN LIKE YOU IN MY LIFETIME YOU FOUGHT TO THE END....So mum look down on us time to time look after all your kids partner Malcolm son in -law Robin, Andy,brothers, sisters , nephews ,nieces ,step granchildren and MOST OF ALL YOUR BABY BOY hope your up there dancing to your favourite music with marie and bunny outfits hahaha you two look after each other & marie's brother Jackie , granpa, my dad and every loved one we all got up there , We miss you and will NEVER forget you Please come and see us when you can Mum ....WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU SO MUCH ....
